Welcome to Synergy Volleyball Club

Brandon Pank, Synergy Volleyball Club Director, has 14 years coaching experience including serving as head coach of more than 50 teams. He began his sports career playing hockey and football before transitioning to volleyball his freshman year of high school where he went on to earn three Junior Olympic medals while playing for his now mentor, Walt Ker.

After high school, Brandon began coaching volleyball while attending California State University, Northridge where he graduated with a BA in Fine Art and Performance Psychology. He helped lead his first boys club team to a Gold medal at the 2009 Junior Olympics in Atlanta, GA. Brandon has coached at multiple high schools including currently serving as Head Coach at Crean Lutheran High School, and has college coaching experience at Division I programs Long Beach State University and California State University, Fullerton as well as The Masters College. Under the tutelage of Walt Ker, Brandon amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience about both the science and art of teaching young athletes. Coaching is a learned skill, and Brandon is passionate and committed to working with each Synergy coach to develop and maximize their coaching ability in order to have the greatest impact possible on each individual player.
